Iyesha Belgrave is a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) co-teaching English at SMA NU Al Ma’ruf Kudus, Central Java.

She earned a degree in international comparative studies and Asian and Middle Eastern studies from Duke University, with a minor in political science. Her previous roles include working in education settings in the United States and abroad, including at a kindergarten for refugee children in Amman, Jordan. Iyesha also took part in service and academic initiatives at Duke, helping organize programs that supported both the university and the surrounding Durham community.
