AMINEF & PT Freeport Indonesia to Provide $2 Million for Students in Papua to Study in the U.S.
Jakarta – AMINEF, the Fulbright Commission in Indonesia, and PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI) have agreed to continue to provide scholarships for candidates from the provinces of Papua to study for two semesters at community colleges in the United States. 26 Indonesians Receive Fellowships to Study at US Community Colleges: 6 Designated “Indonesia-USA 70th Anniversary” CCI Fellows
Jakarta, June 19, 2019 –Twenty-six Indonesians will study for one year at various community colleges in the US through the US State Departmentfunded Community College Initiative (CCI) Program starting in July 2019. The CCI Program is designed to build participants’ technical skills in applied fields, enhance their leadership capabilities, and strengthen their English language proficiency.
