As a Fulbright DAI fellow, Dian Natalia Olivia Natam is studying the teacher program in English at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Dian is an English teacher at SMA Negeri 2 Satarmese Langke Majok in Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. She earned her bachelor’s degree in English education from Universitas Santu Paulus Ruteng. She is focused on mastering curriculum development, leadership, and student-centered teaching methods. Upon returning home, Dian plans to implement differentiated instruction in her classroom and share her leadership insights to support the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, an Indonesian education initiative
