
Jaelani is a researcher at Universitas Islam Negeri Mataram in Mataram. He earned a bachelor’s degree in English teaching from Universitas Mataram and a master’s degree in applied linguistics from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
He is pursuing a Fulbright Doctoral Degree (PhD) Scholarship in linguistics and applied linguistics at Arizona State University – Tempe, with an interest in psycholinguistics, particularly the psychological and cultural dimensions of language learning and acquisition.
