Andre Edmond is a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) co-teaching English at SMAN 1 Praya, West Nusa Tenggara.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Michigan State University, with minors in communicative sciences and disorders, cognitive science, and history.

Andre’s academic and service experiences have taken him to Belize, Mexico, and England, where he engaged in volunteering and clinical observation. These opportunities—combined with his strong interest in communication—motivated him to pursue a Fulbright ETA grant in Indonesia.

He looks forward to learning about Indonesia’s rich culture and history, and sharing his love of the outdoors with his students and host community.
