Andrew Garner begins his 6-month project under the US Fulbright Senior Scholar to teach American and Comparative Political Behavior. During this period of teaching, Andrew is supported by Universitas Diponegoro

Andrew is an Associate Professor at the University of Wyoming. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Mississippi.
