
Eva Stephani Caroline studies agricultural economics at the University of Arkansas. Fisheries management and business perspectives are her particular interest in understanding how seafood business decision-making for the small scale sector can be improved using data produced from advanced technologies.
She is a supply chain manager at a foundation on communities and fisheries, Yayasan Masyarakat dan Perikanan Indonesia (MDPI) in Denpasar, Bali.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in fish processing technology from Fishery Polytechnic.
