Picessylia Safiransi Anakay wants to boost tourism in her hometown, Kupang, and hopes some day to start her own travel agency. She is studying tourism planning and marketing at Northern Virginia Community College, Springfield, Virginia, with a CCIP grant. She has been working as a regional sales executive in The Oasis Hotel in Bali. She is a graduate of a vocational high school where she focused on tourism and English language.
