The health and well-being of all exchange participants is our highest priority. Given the rapidly evolving nature of the current situation, ECA has authorized a voluntary departure for all U.S Fulbright participants worldwide, and no new Fulbright exchange programs are currently commencing.

All current Fulbrighters, both overseas and in the United State, should follow the instructions of all local health authorities, their host instructions, and Fulbright Program administrators. All questions can be addressed to local Fulbright Commissions or Fulbright implementing organizations.
