Abdessamad Chakour is teaching at Politeknik Pariwisata NHI Bandung as a Fulbright U.S. Scholar in Indonesia, focusing on strengthening hospitality and tourism education through sustainable and industry-driven learning.

Dr. Chakour is a tenured professor at Highline College, United States. He holds a doctoral degree in international business, a master’s degree in financial management, and a bachelor’s degree in economics.

He brings more than 22 years of experience teaching undergraduate courses in international business, human and labor relations, cultural awareness, global trade and logistics, and business ethics and sustainability, with professional and project experience in Morocco, Indonesia, Egypt, Jordan, and China.

He previously received Fulbright U.S. Scholar awards in Morocco (2016) and Indonesia (2021).
