Abdul Hadi Ilman is pursuing a PhD in public policy at the Oregon State University – Corvallis. His interest is in formulating science and technology policy to enable Indonesia to accelerate technological progress and catch up with the advanced economies.

He is a lecturer in economics at the Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa (UTS) in Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara.

He studied economics at Universitas Indonesia for his bachelor’s degree and public policy for his master’s at KDI School of Public Policy and Management, South Korea.
