
Andri Fernanda is a literature lecturer and researcher at Universitas Bangka Belitung in Bangka.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in English teaching from Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, followed by a master’s in literature from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
As a Fulbright Doctoral Degree Scholarship recipient, he studies Asian languages and literature at the University of Washington. His research focuses on Southeast Asian languages and literature, with particular attention to post-memory and gender studies. He aims to examine the complexities surrounding the transmission and adoption of collective memory.
