Arina Fitria Hidayati is studying food science at North Carolina State University, focusing on the formulation of product development of black garlic.

She is a production supervisor at TAS-Q Home Industry in Yogyakarta. She earned her bachelor’s degree in agroindustrial technology from Universitas Brawijaya.
