David Segoh is originally from Sidoarjo, East Java. He is currently pursuing his study in Language, Literacy, and Technology PhD Program at Washington State University, Pullman, Washington. He is inspired to take that field of study because of the growing use of technology for teaching and learning languages all over the world.

David earned his master’s degree in Educational Technology at University of Delaware, USA in 2010 under the Fulbright program sponsorship. Prior to his Fulbright award, he is a lecturer at the English Department, Faculty of Humanities, Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya.
