Dian Fahrizal is a Fulbright Master’s Degree Scholarship recipient studying for a graduate degree in public service and administration at Texas A&M University—College Station. His focus is on the intersection of information technology and government policy. He is a civil servant at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office in Simeulue, Aceh, and earned his bachelor’s degree in informatics from Universitas Malikussaleh.
