Ditha Marentantia Rimadiputri will use her CCI Fellowship to study Business Management and Administration at College DuPage, Illinois as she is eager to focus on leadership and organizational development to enhance her human resources knowledge.

She holds a diploma in food producation and managment from Bandung Tourism Institute. Prior to her CCI Fellowship, she was an assistant learning and development manager at Conrad Bali Hotel & Resort, Tanjung Benoa, Bali.
