Dr Mirza Satria Buana’s research project is “Human Right Constitutionalization: Considering Concrete Review in the Indonesian Constitutional Court” at Northwestern University.

He holds a PhD in law from the University of Queensland, a master’s from Universitas Islam Indonesia, and a bachelor’s from Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.

Dr Mirza is a lecturer and researcher at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat in Banjarmasin.

Upon completing the program, he intends to disseminate his research findings in a focus group discussion at the Indonesian Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. He also plans to publish his research findings in the form of a policy paper capable of providing a comparative perspective for policymakers.
