Dr. Ricardo Tapilatu, who is head of the Research Center for Pacific Marine Resources at the University of Papua, is a member of an official evaluation team over a marine incident that occured in March at Raja Ampat, West Papua – one of Indonesia’s best coral reefs. Full article here.
