Elfis is a marketing supervisor or branch head at PT. Ivaro Ventura, a finance company, in Soe, East Nusa Tenggara. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in English education at Universitas Nusa Cendana, East Nusa Tenggara in 2014.

Through the CCI program, Elfis hopes to achieve his dream of running his own business to provide a work opportunity for other people in Soe.

As CCI program fellow, Elfis is enrolled at Northern Virginia Community College – Alexandria to study business and management focusing on entrepreneurship.
