Erfa Canisthya Fachroni studies marine affairs at the University of Rhode Island. She wants to learn environmental policy and sustainable management of marine protected areas.

Erfa is a project officer at Elasmobranch Conservation Program, Conservation International, based in Jakarta.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Indonesia.
