For his Fulbright Doctoral degree program in pharmaceutical sciences, Fajar Setyo Wibowo is placed at the Auburn University. His research interest is molecular modeling and organic synthesis.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and his master’s in pharmaceutical science both from Gadjah Mada University (UGM).

Fajar is a lecturer at Jenderal Achmad Yani University.
