Febri Adi Susanto is pursuing a doctoral degree in biomolecular science at Michigan State University. He wants to study new mechanisms of cellulose biosynthesis.

He is a research associate at Research Center for Biotechnology, Gadjah Mada University (UGM), Yogyakarta.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from Malang State University and a master’s in molecular biology from UGM.

He hopes to continue to do research and to teach at his home institution upon his return.
