Gusti Ayu Amanda Clarissa Himawan is pursuing human rights studies at Columbia University.

The knowledge gained will enhance her work at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs where she helped to draft Indonesia’s initial report to the UN Committee on Migrant Workers.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.
