Hafith Furqoni is pursuing a doctorate in agronomy and horticulture at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research interest is in developing plants and crops that can thrive in low light.

Hafith earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agronomy and horticulture from the Bogor Institute of Agriculture where he is a junior lecturer.
