Hery is a customer service officer at the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin Airport in Palembang, South Sumatera. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in English teaching at Universitas Sriwijaya in 2015.

To improve his skills in tourism and fulfill his goal to become a tourism consultant, as a CCI program fellow, Hery is enrolled at College DuPage to study tourism and hospitality management.
