I Putu Ade Andre Payadnya is an associate professor in mathematics education at Universitas Mahasaraswati in Denpasar. He earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in mathematics education from Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha.

As a Fulbright Doctoral Degree Scholarship recipient, he is undertaking a PhD in mathematics education at Michigan State University, focusing on further developing the “what-if” design approach.
