Job Opening: Admin Intern

AMINEF is looking for an Admin intern. Are you interested?

The applicant must be:

  • A university student (S1 or D4) currently in final semester or semester 6+
  • Having a minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Residing in the Jabodetabek area
  • Capable of handling individual or group work assignments
  • Willing to work hard to meet deadlines
  • Willing to learn new things related to the given work
  • Able to speak English with a 450 minimum TOEFL score (test score is optional)

The internship is to assist the staff of AMINEF’s Grants for Indonesians Program in managing the day-to-day administration of various scholarships for Indonesians to study or do research in the U.S.

The internship period: September 1, 2023 to February 28, 2024, or 6 months

Internship hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

  • A supporting letter from your academic advisor (surat pengantar)
