AMINEF, the binational foundation that manages the U.S. government-funded Fulbright scholarship program in Indonesia, seeks a detail-oriented Financial Data-Entry Assistant to help AMINEF’s Finance Division to migrate electronic data from Excel and eSolutions to a custom-built comprehensive grant database. The work involves inputting data into a digital database, scanning hardcopy documents, and uploading and backing up data for electronic storage. There may be other administrative duties assigned by the Finance Officer or the Executive Director.
Required qualifications:
– Computer savvy with a keen eye for detail
– Understanding of data confidentiality principles
– An associate degree (D3) or a university degree (S1), preferably in computer and/or accounting
– Familiarity with computer spreadsheets and databases and other office software applications
– Minimum of 1-year work experience
– Understanding of written English
– Fast typing skills
– Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
– Available to start working immediately
