Juanda is an assistant learning and development manager at Novotel Hotel Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in English education at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat in 2014.

Through the CCI program, Juanda wants to improve his skills and gain further in the hotel industry. As learning and development director he can share his knowledge with his fellow employees.

For his CCI program, Juanda studies tourism and hospitality management, especially hospitality and hotel management at Scottsdale Community College.
