Khairur Rijal will pursue business management and administration with a concentration on human resources and leadership development at the Northern Virginia Community College, Alexandria campus. Through the CCI Program, Khairur hopes to strengthen his knowledge in human resource management.

Before his CCI award, Khairur is an English debate coach at SMAN 4 Pontianak, and an English teacher at Excellence English Studio in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. He graduated from SMAN 1 Bengkayang, West Kalimantan.
