Lolita Banni Rachmadian studies policy administration at the University of Kansas. She is eager to learn how the US manages its state assets, specifically its fiscal policy towards natural resources.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Bakrie University and works as junior state assets manager at Lampung and Bengkulu Regional Directorate General of State’s Assets (DJKN), in Bandar Lampung, Sumatra.
Upon completing her Fulbright scholarship, Lolita would like to create a financial reporting system of natural resources to serve as the basis for fiscal policy toward Indonesia’s natural resources.
