Lutfi Anggara pursues a doctoral degree in public policy at George Mason University.

Lutfi is a diplomat at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (KEMLU) Indonesia.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Indonesia and his master’s in public policy from the University of Chicago, sponsored by the Fulbright-KEMLU Degree Program.

His proposed study is related to Indonesia’s political-economic change after almost 20 years of the conclusion of the amendments of the country’s constitution (the 1945 Constitution) during the early period of reform following the fall of Suharto in May 1998.​
