Madison recently graduated from Seattle University with majors in humanities for teaching and philosophy. She has always wanted to teach and work with students and worked in four local Seattle schools throughout college.

Madison is excited and grateful for this opportunity to explore Indonesia and learn about its cultures as she wants to be able to work and integrate new cultures in her future classroom. She is excited to learn Bahasa Indonesia, try the cuisine, and explore the surrounding areas.  As a Fulbright ETA in Indonesia, Madison is looking forward to continuing to grow her teaching skills and create lasting friendships with the people she meets.

For her Fulbright ETA program, Madison will be placed at Central Java where she will co-teach at SMAN 1 Demak.
