Maria Loura Christhia’s academic interests lie in disaster-related humanitarian logistics, which she is exploring through a Fulbright Doctoral Degree (PhD) Scholarship in industrial engineering at Purdue University.

She is a lecturer at Universitas Bina Nusantara and earned a bachelor’s degree from Universitas Tarumanagara and a master’s degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, both in industrial engineering.
