Dr. Masteria Yunovilsa Putra will conduct research on pharmaceutical products derived from natural marine sources at the research group of Professor Hendrik Luesch at the Center for Natural Products, Drug Discovery and Development (CNPD3) at University of Florida for six months.

Dr. Putra is a researcher at Research Center for Oceanography, Lembaga llmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (LIPI). He earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Universitas Andalas, master’s and PhD degrees in marine biology and ecology from Universita Politecnica Delle Marche, Italy.
