Muhammad Noor Fakhruzzaman is originally from Surabaya. He is currently pursuing his study in two master programs, Human Computer Interaction, and Journalism and Mass Communication at Iowa State University. He is inspired to take that field of study because of his concern in early implementation of e-Government in Indonesia and he hopes to conduct research on psychological factor of e-Government interface because he sees that e-Government in Indonesia has not reached its full potential and functionality.
Muhammad earned his bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya (ITS). He has conducted research in Brain Computer Interface, resulting in an article published in an international journal, and assisted in Automatic Fingerprint Identification System research as a student. Feeling that the “human” factor is widely neglected in system development, he shifted his interest in Human Computer Interaction.
