Mukhamad is a lecturer at Politeknik Negeri Jakarta. In early 2013, he earned his Bachelor’s degree in automotive education from Universitas Negeri Malang, and in the same year, he continue his Master’s degree majoring in automotive engineering under the Turkish Government Scholarship (Turkiye Burslari) in Kocaeli University for the period of 2013-2016. He has presented and published his and his team’s researches in some international conferences and journal both in home country and abroad.

He wants to pursue a Doctoral degree in energy, exergy, and thermodynamics. He is aware that his doctoral degree will be beneficial in attaining most effective ways in terms of impacting academic, industry, and government using the research that he aims to accomplish in the future.

Upon his doctoral program completion, he intends to continue his work in teaching, researching, writing and translating mechanical engineering books in Indonesian universities.

For his Fulbright Doctoral degree program in mechanical engineering, Mukhamad is placed at Purdue University.
