Novelin Delivia Litamahuputty is currently pursuing her study in Business Management and Administration, especially in the Administrative Professional at Bunker Hill Community College, Boston, Massachusetts. She is inspired to take that field of study because she wants to improve her skills and performances in order to be a professional in the management area. She also intends to share and transfer her knowledge by providing training on administration skill to other staff of the faculty in her home institution and community.

Previously, she earned a bachelor degree in English Education Study Program at Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Sciences of Pattimura University back in 2013. She is currently an administrator staff at Pattimura University Ambon.
