Nur Hayyu Supriatin will study early childhood education at Mesa Community College, Arizona to support her ambition to become a specialist in early and school-age children and especially children with special needs.

Prior to her CCI Fellowship, Nur works as a  literacy trainer for early grade students in rural and remote areas in Sorong, West Papua, working for a UNICEF and UNlMUDA Partnership program.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in English teaching at Muhammadiyah University Sorong.

After her CCI Fellowship, Nur plans to share her experience and knowledge with fellow early education teachers and the parents in rural areas in West Papua.
