
Pramudhita studies at Michigan State University as Humphrey fellow.
Pramudhita is a competency analyst and assessor in the Human Resources Bureau, National Audit Board (BPK), Jakarta. She has been working at BPK for eight years. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2006, and a master’s degree in social and organizational psychology from Leiden University in 2012. She is responsible for developing and reviewing competency standards (managerial & technical), developing and reviewing assessment tools, assessing managerial competencies, and administering technical competency assessments at BPK.
With the Humphrey fellowship program, Pramudhita plans to study the human capital approach, which she expects to find in the United States, as an HR strategy at her institution to develop better HR practices at BPK.
