Pratiwi Fudlailah is undertaking a PhD in ocean engineering at Texas A&M University. She is keen on researching the use of offshore wave turbines as a source of renewable energy.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in ocean engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Surabaya and a master’s in maritime engineering science/offshore engineering from the University of Southampton, UK.

She is a lecturer at Tanri Abeng University, Jakarta.
