As a recipient of the Fulbright Doctoral Degree (PhD) Scholarship in business administration at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell, Radhitiono Wicaksono explores topics in state asset management and public sector administration.

He is the section head of separated state assets at the Directorate General of State Assets, Ministry of Finance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Politeknik Keuangan Negara STAN and a master’s degree in management (finance) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
