Rafikin owns a car wash business in Gorontalo, Sulawesi. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in English education at Universitas Negeri Gorontalo in 2015. He also works as an English Instructor at UPT Bahasa Universitas Negeri Gorontalo and a teaching assistant for English Access Microscholarship program.

With the CCI program, Rafikin intends to share and apply his knowledge and skills to create job opportunities for the people in his community.

As CCI program fellow, Rafikin is enrolled at Houston Community College to learn business management and administration particularly in the small business management.
