Ratna Ariyanti pursues a PhD in mass communication at Ohio University. Her proposed doctoral research is related to collaborative journalism within newsrooms.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Sebelas Maret University and a master’s degree in international journalism from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom.

Ratna is a lecturer at Multimedia Nusantara University.
