Rizqa Hidayani is a senior program manager in the Urban Resilience Division of the Kota Kita Foundation in Solo, Central Java, where she designs, coordinates, and oversees the implementation of urban resilience programs. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in urban and regional development from Universitas Diponegoro.

As a Humphrey Fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in urban and regional planning, she is focusing on sustainable development and climate resilience, emphasizing strengthening the capacity of local governments and communities in Indonesia to manage climate risks.
