Robertho Yohanis Monim, or usually called Romo, is pursuing his study in Business and will achieve a certificate on Organizational Leadership at Mesa Community College in Arizona. He is inspired to take that field of study because he wants to be an inspirational person to young people in Papua. Becoming a businessman is one of his passions since he believes that he can empower young generation not to wait for a job but create ones by starting up their own business.

Previously, he worked at Yayasan Pelayanan Antarbudaya (YPA) Papua as a Dorm Supervisor, Math teacher, and English teacher. He loves playing futsal, listening to music and reading books about business.
