Rusli is a contract staff at promotion division, Department of Tourism and Culture, East Halmahera Regency, North Maluku. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in English education at Universitas Sam Ratulangi in 2016.

For his CCI program, Rusli studies tourism and hospitality management, especially hotel management at College of DuPage, to fulfill his goal to become a tourism consultant.
