Sarlotha Mandosir is pursuing her study in  Business Management and Administration at Annandale Campus, Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA CC).  She is  inspired to take that field of  study because she want to be a woman leader whom has wide knowledge and ability in many different education beside her old skill (background education before). She want to know to manage administration and empower human resources and also leadership development. Other her dream is to become a good example for Papuan woman and new generation that education is very important.

Previously, she earned a bachelor degree in Agriculture, Major in Soil Science and Technology Agriculture at  Agriculture Faculty of Cenderawasih University (The faculty becane Papua State University in Manokwari, West Papua – Indonesia) back in 2000.

She is currently a civil servant (senior staff) at Agriculture  board of Supiori regency as well as a social activist in her community plus active in her church as secretary and Sunday School teacher. She hopes to be a motivator for youth of her community.
