Stelly studies at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania for his ILEP fellowship program.

Stelly is an English teacher at SMA Negeri 2 and SMP Negeri 3 Simboro in Mamuju, West Sulawesi. He earned an associate degree in nautics at Maritime Academy of Indonesia and a bachelor degree in English education at Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan YPUP Makassar.

Through the ILEP fellowship program, Stelly is keen to learn the best methodologies in teaching, share teaching best practices with the teachers around the world and experience teaching in American classes.
