Susanah is pursuing a PhD in teaching and learning at the University of Iowa. Her doctoral research will be on the English language teaching curriculum in Indonesia, a continuation from her master’s program.

Susanah is a lecturer at Jambi University, Sumatra where she received her bachelor’s degree in English teaching. She completed her masters in education from Groningen University, Netherlands.
